My very thoughtful husband sent me roses for our 10th Anniversary which was ordered through CASCADE FLORIST (A.K.A 24 HOUR FLOWERS, GIFT AND BASKETS) -which uses ROSEMARY'S Heritage flowers for local CROWN POINT area )) . What I received and what my husband ordered was totally two different types of arrangements! The flowers were already wilted and the arrangement itself looked like it was thrown together when I received them. The roses died within two days. I am not a flower designer and I do NOT have a knack for flower design and I have created arrangements from my back yard that looked a million times better then Rosemary's arrangements! My husband of course called them (cascade), emailed them several times over the last week- as of today, NOT ONE PERSON has replied with a resolution to receiving less then standard BACKYARD roses! WOW!!! AND WHAT A RIPOFF!
